Regeneration is a professional refurbishment process where we disassemble, clean, inspect, and rebuild your existing DAF BPV valve using OE-specification parts. Every valve is pressure tested and returned with full documentation including test reports and photos. The result is a valve that performs to original specifications at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
Our standard regeneration service costs €850 per valve, compared to approximately €2,300 for a new valve — that’s a saving of €1,450 per valve (63%). Fleet customers ordering 10 or more valves qualify for additional volume discounts. Contact us for a custom fleet quote.
Every regenerated valve comes with a comprehensive 12 months warranty. If you experience any issues, we offer 24 hours response times and free return shipping for warranty claims. We stand behind our work with full coverage.
Our standard turnaround time is 5-9 days from receiving your valve. We also offer an express service with a 3-4 days turnaround for €950 per valve. Shipping is quoted separately per order.
