Every valve is fully stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, fitted with new OE-spec seals and bushings, then pressure-tested before it ships back. The regenerated example on the right was photographed at our Ciechanów bench.

Regeneration is a professional refurbishment process where we disassemble, clean, inspect and rebuild an accepted DAF BPV unit with the replacement parts specified for the job. Every completed valve is pressure tested against the documented workshop criteria and returned with photos and a test report. Compare the report, scope and TruckValves warranty with the terms of your current new-part quote.
Our standard BPV workshop charge is €850 per valve, excluding VAT and shipping. Savings depend on your written supplier quote and accepted rebuild scope. The BPV calculator uses €2,300 only as an editable illustrative input, not a market price; replace it with your current quote. Calculations exclude shipping, VAT and downtime.
Every regenerated valve comes with a comprehensive 12 months warranty. If you experience any issues, we offer 24 hours response times and free return shipping for warranty claims. We stand behind our work with full coverage.
Our standard turnaround time is 5-9 business days from receiving your valve. We also offer an express service with a 3-4 business days turnaround from workshop receipt for €950 per valve, excluding VAT and shipping. Transit is additional and quoted per route.
