Our standard turnaround time is 5-9 days from receiving your valve. We also offer an express service with a 3-4 days turnaround for €950 per valve. Shipping is quoted separately per order.

Yes — regeneration restores the valve to original equipment specification. We rebuild with OE-spec parts, pressure test every unit to OE specification before it leaves the bench, and document the results with photos and a test report. You get the same 12 months warranty either way, so the only real difference is the ~€1,450 you keep.

No — alongside DAF XF/CF BPV valves we also regenerate Holset turbocharger compressors (HE400VG, HE500VG and HX families) fitted to DAF, Volvo, Scania, Iveco and MAN engines, with the same OE-spec parts, pressure testing and 12 months warranty.

No deposit required. You only pay after the regeneration is complete and you're satisfied with the work.

The warranty covers all defects in the regeneration workmanship and any OE-specification replacement parts we installed. If a regenerated valve fails under normal operating conditions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Contact us by email or phone with your order reference number. We respond within 24 hours and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the valve, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you at no charge.

Yes. For valid warranty claims, we cover all shipping costs both ways within the EU. For UK customers, we provide DDP shipping for warranty returns.

If the original valve cannot be re-regenerated, we will apply a credit toward the regeneration of a replacement valve or offer a full refund for the regeneration service.
