About the service
Regeneration is a professional refurbishment process where we disassemble, clean, inspect and rebuild an accepted DAF BPV unit with the replacement parts specified for the job. Every completed valve is pressure tested against the documented workshop criteria and returned with photos and a test report. Compare the report, scope and TruckValves warranty with the terms of your current new-part quote.
Our standard BPV workshop charge is €850 per valve, excluding VAT and shipping. Savings depend on your written supplier quote and accepted rebuild scope. The BPV calculator uses €2,300 only as an editable illustrative input, not a market price; replace it with your current quote. Calculations exclude shipping, VAT and downtime.
Every regenerated valve comes with a comprehensive 12 months warranty. If you experience any issues, we offer 24 hours response times and free return shipping for warranty claims. We stand behind our work with full coverage.
Our standard turnaround time is 5-9 business days from receiving your valve. We also offer an express service with a 3-4 business days turnaround from workshop receipt for €950 per valve, excluding VAT and shipping. Transit is additional and quoted per route.
We assess enquiries from European fleet operators. Transport availability, cost, customs terms and timing are confirmed for your route in the written quote. Contact us for service in your area.
A regenerated unit is not sold as a new OEM valve. TruckValves documents the rebuild, pressure test and installed parts with photos and a test report, and provides a separate 12 months TruckValves warranty. Compare that scope, shipping, downtime and warranty with your written supplier quote—not only the illustrative BPV calculator result.

If you're still unsure, send the part number and photos before shipping. Standalone actuators and EGR records are diagnostic information only, not offered regeneration services.
No — alongside DAF XF/CF BPV valves we also assess Holset turbocharger units in HE400VG, HE500VG, HY and HX families. Exact application, service eligibility, replacement parts, test scope and the 12 months warranty are confirmed from the part number and photos in the written quote.
Pricing & payment
No deposit is required before work begins. Your written quote confirms when payment becomes due and any terms that apply before return dispatch.
No hidden fees on the regeneration itself — the price includes diagnostics, regeneration, and testing. VAT is excluded. Transport availability, price and timing are confirmed separately for your route.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and purchase orders for established fleet customers.
Yes! Fleet customers regenerating multiple valves qualify for volume discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.
Warranty & claims
The warranty covers all defects in the regeneration workmanship and any OE-specification replacement parts we installed. If a regenerated valve fails under normal operating conditions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Contact us by email or phone with your order reference number. We respond within 24 hours and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the valve, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you at no charge.
Yes. For valid warranty claims, we cover all shipping costs both ways within the EU. For UK customers, we provide DDP shipping for warranty returns.
If the original valve cannot be re-regenerated, we will apply a credit toward the regeneration of a replacement valve or offer a full refund for the regeneration service.
