How It Works

1 Confirm the Part & Shipping Before dispatch (Route-dependent) Send the OEM number, fault code, truck details and photos where available. We confirm the quote, packing instructions, carrier option and shipping price before dispatch.

2 Inspection & Diagnosis On arrival (Condition-dependent) The workshop inspects the received unit, records its condition and confirms whether the proposed regeneration remains appropriate.

3 Regeneration Workshop stage (Unit-dependent) The accepted unit is disassembled and cleaned. Required wear components are replaced and surfaces are restored as indicated by the inspection.

What happens in this step:

4 Final Checks & Documentation Before release (Unit-dependent) The rebuilt unit receives the functional and pressure checks applicable to that component. The completed order includes its test documentation and photographs.

5 Tracked Return After release (Route-dependent) After final checks, the unit is packed and returned using the carrier and shipping terms agreed in the quote.
