Every regenerated DAF BPV valve is backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering all regeneration workmanship and the OE-specification parts we install. Warranty claims are answered within 24 hours, with free return shipping within the EU.

The fine print

Coverage Period

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery of the regenerated valve. The delivery date is determined by the shipping carrier's confirmation of delivery. The warranty applies to the specific valve regenerated and is not transferable.

What's Included

  • Defects in regeneration workmanship that cause valve failure under normal operating conditions
  • Failure of OE-specification replacement parts installed during regeneration
  • Valve performance below documented test specifications
  • Return shipping costs for valid warranty claims within the EU

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or handling
  • Damage resulting from use outside normal operating conditions
  • External damage (physical impact, contamination, water ingress)
  • Modifications or repairs by third parties after regeneration
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period
  • Consequential damages, lost revenue, or vehicle downtime costs

How to Make a Claim

    Contact us - Email or call us with your order reference number and a description of the issue.

    Receive a shipping label - We send a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

    Ship the valve - Pack and send the valve using the provided label.

  4. 4

    Inspection & resolution - We inspect the valve and repair, replace, or refund within 5 business days.
