Coverage Period
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery of the regenerated valve. The delivery date is determined by the shipping carrier's confirmation of delivery. The warranty applies to the specific valve regenerated and is not transferable.

- Consequential damages, lost revenue, or vehicle downtime costs

The warranty covers all defects in the regeneration workmanship and any OE-specification replacement parts we installed. If a regenerated valve fails under normal operating conditions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Contact us by email or phone with your order reference number. We respond within 24 hours and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the valve, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you at no charge.
Yes. For valid warranty claims, we cover all shipping costs both ways within the EU. For UK customers, we provide DDP shipping for warranty returns.
If the original valve cannot be re-regenerated, we will apply a credit toward the regeneration of a replacement valve or offer a full refund for the regeneration service.
