1. Definitions

• "Service Provider", "we", "us", "our" refers to BPV Valve Regeneration Service, located in Ciechanów, Poland.
• "Customer", "you", "your" refers to any individual or company that submits a valve for regeneration or places an order.
• "Regeneration" refers to the process of inspecting, repairing, replacing worn components, testing, and restoring a DAF BPV valve to operational specifications.
• "Valve" refers to a DAF BPV (Back Pressure Valve) submitted for regeneration.

2. Service Description

We provide professional regeneration of DAF BPV valves. Our service includes:

• Complete inspection and diagnostic assessment of submitted valves
• Replacement of worn components with OE-specification parts
• Multi-point pressure testing and performance verification
• Full test report with photo documentation
• Return shipping with tracking and insurance

We reserve the right to determine whether a valve is suitable for regeneration. If a valve cannot be regenerated, we will notify you and return it at no charge.

3. Pricing

Our pricing is as follows (all prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise):

Prices include diagnostics, regeneration, testing, documentation, and return shipping for EU customers. Volume discounts are available for fleet customers - contact us for details.

We reserve the right to update pricing. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Order Process

   Quote Request: Contact us to request a quote. We respond within 2 hours.

2. 2

   Shipping: We provide tracked shipping labels for EU customers; shipping is quoted per order. Ship your valve to our facility.

3. 3

   Inspection: We inspect the valve and confirm it can be regenerated. If not, we return it free of charge.

4. 4

   Regeneration: We regenerate the valve and perform all testing and documentation.

5. 5

   Payment: No deposit required. Payment is due after regeneration is complete and before return shipping.

6. 6

   Return Shipping: The regenerated valve is shipped back with full tracking and insurance.

5. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and shipping information
• Package valves securely for shipping to prevent transit damage
• Ensure valves submitted are genuine DAF BPV valves
• Make payment promptly upon completion of regeneration
• Have regenerated valves installed by qualified technicians
• Use regenerated valves only in appropriate DAF vehicles and under normal operating conditions

6. Non-Regenerable Valves

Some valves may not be suitable for regeneration due to excessive damage, corrosion, or structural defects. In such cases:

• We will notify you within 24 hours of inspection
• No charge will be applied for the inspection
• We will return the valve at our cost (EU customers)
• We will provide a detailed report explaining why regeneration is not possible

7. Warranty

All regenerated valves are covered by our 12 months warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers:

• Defects in regeneration workmanship
• Failure of replacement parts installed during regeneration
• Performance below documented test specifications under normal use

The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty terms are available on our warranty page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the price paid for the specific regeneration service in question.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, vehicle downtime, or business interruption.
• We are not responsible for damage to valves during transit if proper packaging instructions were not followed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and documentation, is the property of BPV Valve Regeneration Service or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

DAF is a registered trademark of DAF Trucks N.V. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DAF Trucks N.V.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before regeneration begins: You may cancel at any time. Your valve will be returned at no charge (EU customers).
• During regeneration: If you cancel after regeneration has begun, a partial fee may apply to cover materials already used.
• After completion: Once regeneration is complete and the valve has been shipped, refunds are only available under our warranty terms.
• Non-regenerable valves: If we determine a valve cannot be regenerated, no charge applies.

11. Shipping & Risk

• Inbound shipping: We provide tracked shipping labels for EU customers; shipping is quoted per order. Risk of loss during inbound transit is covered by the carrier's insurance.
• In our possession: While your valve is at our facility, it is covered by our business insurance.
• Return shipping: All return shipments include full tracking and insurance. Risk transfers to the carrier upon handover.
• UK customers: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping with all customs duties and paperwork handled.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

For consumers within the European Union, this does not affect your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For orders already in progress, the terms that were in effect at the time the order was placed will continue to apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
